Position Overview:
As a Fun Experience Personal Trainer at At Home Fitness, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients who are committed to improving their fitness levels. Your role will involve creating customized workout plans, delivering engaging and enjoyable training sessions, and motivating clients to reach their fitness goals. This position offers the flexibility to work with clients in their homes, providing a convenient and personalized fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to understand each client’s goals, fitness levels, and any special requirements.
  2. Customized Workouts: Create tailored workout plans that align with clients’ objectives and preferences, ensuring variety and excitement in each session.
  3. Personalized Training: Deliver one-on-one or group training sessions that are not only effective but also enjoyable and motivating.
  4. Nutritional Guidance: Offer basic nutritional advice and guidance to complement clients’ fitness routines.
  5. Progress Tracking: Monitor and track clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to their fitness plans as needed.
  6. Motivation and Support: Provide continuous encouragement, support, and motivation to clients, helping them stay committed to their fitness journeys.
  7. Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during workouts, making necessary modifications to exercises to prevent injuries.
  8. Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients to address their questions, concerns, and feedback.
  9. Documentation: Keep accurate records of client progress, schedules, and any relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness principles, techniques, and nutrition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create fun and engaging workout routines.
  • High level of motivation and enthusiasm for fitness.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
  • Previous experience in personal training is a plus but not required.
